Your Information

1. Who Operates This Website

This website is operated by Mixacross Limited (brand name MixAcross), with offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong. For questions about this notice or your information, contact hello@mixacross.com.

2. Inquiries and Meeting Requests

When you submit a project inquiry, website check request, or meeting request, we receive the contact details, company information, project requirements, and related information you provide. We use this information to process the request and communicate with you. Required information is identified on each form.

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, and project message, plus the phone number, enquiry type, website address, and how you first heard of us if you choose to provide them.
• Free initial check: your email and the website address to check, plus anything else you choose to provide.
• Meeting request: the name, company, email, phone number, preferred date, time slot, and notes you provide.

When you submit the contact form, the system also records which type of page on this site you came from (the page category only, not the full address). Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing email, start an automated scan, or create a fee.

3. Website Visit Records

We record page visits and selected referral and device information supplied by the browser to understand website usage and support website operations. The recorded information, access arrangements, and retention practices are described in this notice.

Specifically, the server counts visits per page and per day, and keeps the referring page address (Referer) and browser identifier (User-Agent, which includes browser type, version, and operating system) of the most recent visit to that page that day. These statistics do not contain IP addresses and are not compiled per person.

In addition, application and hosting logs may contain IP addresses, request paths, and times, used to troubleshoot problems and keep the site secure. What you enter in forms and in chat is not written to the application log.

4. AI Chat

When you use the website’s AI assistant, your messages and generated replies are stored. Relevant conversation content is sent through our service to the model provider used to generate responses. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information that is inappropriate to share.

The model provider currently configured is DeepSeek. According to its privacy policy, that provider processes and stores personal data in the People’s Republic of China and may use inputs to improve its technology. For each reply we send recent conversation content (up to a length limit) and a project summary we keep from the conversation (for example the existing system and constraints you mention), and we do not send the information you submit in forms.

Chat records and that project summary are stored in our database and linked to the same visit through your browser session (see the Cookie Notice). If the assistant prepares an enquiry draft for you, the draft is kept for a limited time and can be opened only from your browser session; it does not become an enquiry until you submit the contact form yourself.

5. Storage, Access, and Deletion

Inquiries, meeting requests, and chat records are stored in our database, and only authorized team members can view them through the admin area. The website and database run on hosting and infrastructure services we have selected.

We have not set an automatic deletion period: records are kept until we delete them for business reasons or at your request.

6. External Resources and Independent Products

Pages load fonts from Google’s font service (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so your browser sends requests to those domains, including your IP address and browser information. Google’s privacy policy applies to that processing.

Independent products such as ReadyforAI and Qualeva have their own websites and information-handling notices. Please review the relevant privacy notice when visiting or using those products.

8. Contact and Information Requests
